Molift Duo

Molift Service Tool
The Molift Service Tool is an intelligent piece of software integrated into every Molift hoist, designed to optimise service and maintenance. It records a hoist’s usage and service history, providing alerts when maintenance is due. This allows a certified technician to easily access service documents, perform technical troubleshooting and review usage data.
The software also analyses hoist usage by categorising lifts according to weight, which prolongs service intervals and reduces lifetime maintenance costs. Additionally, the tool allows technicians to set key parameters, such as the Safe Working Load (SWL), to ensure the hoist never exceeds the lowest SWL of the combined lifting system, prioritising user safety.
