Our dedicated in-house team manufactures high-quality medical slings and other specialist textile patient handling equipment for home care and nursing facilities proudly manufactured in Washington, England. With over 20 years of proven manufacturing experience there’s nothing we can’t do. We manufacture our own range of products or products to customer specifications.
Slings
Our medical slings are designed to work in conjunction with OEM hoists and are available in various types and materials to suit different transfer tasks, user requirements and physical sizes. Some slings include head support and padding for added comfort, while others utilise nylon on the legs to facilitate easy application. We also offer slings made from spacer fabric, a specialised 3D material that allows air to circulate, helping to prevent moisture buildup and improve hygiene and comfort.
We perform tailored sling assessments to ensure the user has the correct sling for their needs. A person’s requirements may change over time due to a change in their condition, making a reassessment crucial.

We manufacture a range of in-house textile products. Our products, including slide sheets, handling belts and foam wedges, are essential for safe and efficient transfers.
Our products are designed to assist with a variety of moving and handling procedures. Slide sheets are made from low-friction material to help reposition a person in bed or on a trolley with minimal effort. Handling belts provide carers with a secure grip when assisting a person with mobility, while foam wedges and glide boards are used to provide support and stability, often for repositioning or to elevate a specific body part.
